Data Deletion Policy

Last updated: [9/30/2026]

You can ask Altitude Exotics to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This policy explains how to make a request and what happens next.

1. What data can be deleted

You can request deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it, including your name, email address, profile details, order history, messages you sent us, and data received through third-party sign-in.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion, submit a request through the contact form on our website at [link to contact page]. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address linked to your account or used to contact us

  • A message stating "Data Deletion Request" and, if you wish, which data you want deleted

We will reply to the email address you provide in the form.

3. Verifying your identity

To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything, for example by replying from your registered email address or confirming account details. We will only use this information to verify your request.

4. What happens after you submit a request

  • We will confirm we received your request within [7] days.

  • We will complete the deletion within [30] days of verifying your identity.

  • We will email you when the deletion is complete.

  • Deleted data is removed from our active systems right away. Copies in routine backups are overwritten within [90] days.

Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and you will lose access to any purchases, content, or history tied to it.

5. Data we may need to keep

We may keep some information after a deletion request when we are required or permitted to by law, such as:

  • Transaction and billing records needed for tax and accounting purposes

  • Information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms

  • Information we must keep to comply with a legal obligation or court order

Any information we keep is limited to what is necessary and is deleted once it is no longer needed. Anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics.

6. Data held by third parties

When we delete your data, we also instruct our service providers to delete it from their systems. If you signed in using [Facebook / Google / Apple], you can also remove our app's access from that service's settings. For Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find [App Name], and select Remove.
